From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was seamless, and our room was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charm. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. When the wildfires forced us to leave earlier than planned, the team handled the situation with incredible professionalism, kindness, and generosity. Without hesitation, they refunded our entire stay, which was far beyond what we expected and demonstrated their genuine care for their guests. Although we had to continue our vacation on the Côte d’Azur instead of enjoying more time at this beautiful property, we left with nothing but gratitude and admiration for the Château Léognan team. Their outstanding hospitality turned a disappointing situation into one that reminded us how much excellent service matters. We look forward to returning one day under happier circumstances. Highly recommended!"
