We have four houses, three of them in the RESIDENCIAL GUILHERMINA condominium, and one in the PETIT VILLAGE condominium with a pool.

We frequently make improvements and renovations to the houses, and we’ve done quite a bit in recent months, so if you’re already familiar with the houses, you’ll see that they’re even better now.

All the houses are extremely practical and tastefully decorated by an architect and artist, and they’re located in a gated oceanfront condominium facing the wonderful Mariscal Beach, with direct access to the beach. It’s a paradise—it’s practically private—and the area is beautiful, with many different beaches nearby to explore, each with its own unique features. Mariscal Beach is one of the cleanest in southern Brazil, and it’s truly spectacular.

This listing is for House 6 at Residencial Guilhermina. Each house has its own listing. The price for all three houses in this complex is the same.

All three houses are oceanfront, have two stories, three bathrooms with showers and tempered glass enclosures, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a Smart LED TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a microwave, an oceanfront terrace with a grill (and granite table), a washing machine, some lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a private garage for each one (the condo has additional parking space), and they accommodate up to 6 or 7 people (depending on the house). All three houses are the same size and price, but they are laid out differently.

Description of the homes at Residencial Guilhermina:

- House 6 (THIS LISTING): one oceanfront master suite, one bedroom with a double bed, and one small bedroom with a bunk bed (one on top of the other), plus a small sofa. This house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in the bedrooms.

- House 2: one ocean-view master suite, one large bedroom with a divider (sliding door) in the middle (creating two separate spaces when the sliding door is closed). The back area has a double bed, and the other has three single beds (one of which is a bunk bed). The first of the two areas has air conditioning, which also reaches the second area. This house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people in the bedrooms.

- House 7: an ocean-view master suite and one very large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, where an extra mattress can be placed on the floor if necessary. This house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in the bedrooms, and an extra mattress can be added to the large bedroom, allowing for up to 7 people.

Modern home in the Petit Village condominium, a luxury, gated, oceanfront community right on the sand, featuring adult and children’s pools, common green spaces with a playground and ocean views, and direct access to the beach, complete with security, an electronic gate, and security cameras.

Air conditioning in all suites and the living room, dining room, and balcony with ocean views; Smart LED TV; fully equipped custom kitchen with microwave and grill; two enclosed, private parking spaces; utility area with washing machine; lounge chairs; and a beach umbrella.

The house has two floors and three suites, each with its own full bathroom featuring a tempered glass shower; air conditioning in all suites, the living room, and dining room; a balcony with an ocean view in the master suite; a Smart LED TV in the living room; a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and grill; two enclosed, private parking spaces with direct access to the house, a utility area with a washing machine, some lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella.

The house sleeps up to 8 people in the bedrooms. High-end finishes. Located right on the beachfront at Mariscal Beach, yet in the centre of the town of Canto Grande. Everything is within walking distance.
