"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. "The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk to everything! The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wood floors are very creaky and make noise when walking-Try to get a room on the highest floor."

"The property was in a great location and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great as well. I would only say the stairs leading into bedroom could cause a problem if you aren't paying attention. Other than that I would highly recommend."
