- Exclusive house with garden in Bolvir, featuring stunning 360º panoramic views over the Cerdanya valley. The property offers 1,200 m² designed for comfort, design and complete privacy.
It includes 7 double suites with en-suite bathrooms, two spacious living rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, reading area, gym, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The surrounding gardens invite guests to enjoy peace and nature.
Les Feixes Llargues combines luxury, comfort, exclusive amenities and a privileged setting. It is an eco-friendly property powered by geothermal energy. During colder periods, underfloor heating ensures optimal comfort, with individual thermostats in each room.
The outdoor area features an adjustable pergola (open, closed and illuminated), ideal for events, dining or presentations, with direct access to the main garden.
Rules, extras and fees
Tourist tax: Must be paid before check-in.
Extra beds (optional): €50/unit (includes bed linen and towel). Maximum 5 units. Request at least 15 days in advance.
Security deposit: €500, refunded within a maximum of 7 days after check-out (for stays up to 10 days).
Contract: Upon arrival, guests will receive the house rules contract, which must be signed by the reservation holder.
