Odamız soğuktu söylememize rağmen ısınmadı. Kahvaltı seçeneği çok azdı sıcaklar hiç yoktu kahvaltı beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın. Odalarda kettle ve haliyle çay, kahve vs. Yoktu sadece su vardı bu durum rezervasyon sırasında ekstra olarak belirtilmemiş yani klasik her otelde olduğu için ona dikkat etmemiştim ama olmasını beklerdim. Otopark sıkıntısı da vardı biz aracımızı dışarı park etmek durumunda kaldık. Bunlar dışında temizlik iyiydi ama bi daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Doğayla iç içe huzurlu bir tatil
Arkadaşlarımızla beraber 3 çift 2 çocuk çok güzel vakit geçirdiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Otelin konsepti, yeşillikler içinde olması, çocukların doğada tavuk, kaz, sincap ve köpeklerle eğlenmesi, kahvaltıdaki seçeneklerin yeterli ve kaliteli olması, kısacası her şey çok güzeldi. Akşam yemekleri de ayrıca lezzetliydi. Şansımıza en büyük odada konakladık ve kocaman bir balkonu vardı. Bazı yorumların aksine hiç üşümediğimizi de belirtmek isterim. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Otelde 2 gece kaldık.Odaya bırakılan suların kapaklarının açık olduğunu maalesef son gece farkettik.Ben nişanlım açtı zannediyordum,nişanlım da ben.Şöyle açıkayayım 750 ml cam şişe su veriyorlar,günlük 1 şişe(bu arada en pahalı olan ağaç evde kaldık)ve onu bile dolduruyorlar, önceden kimin bizim gibi ağzına dayayıp içtiğini düşünmek bile istemiyorum.Bu çok berbat bir durum.
İlk gün saat 2 de giriş yapıp 8 de ısınabildik.
İyi tarafı ilk gün akşamdan itibaren gayet iyi ısındı ve servis elemanları özellikle Oğuzhan bey gayet iyiydi.
Sıcak su için suyu her sefer 10 dakika akıtmak gerekiyor.Evet her sefer.Banyo ilk gece tıkandı su bastı ve 1 saat tamir edildi çok romantikti.
Bahçede kangal köpek var 24 saat havlıyor ve sabah 8.30 ta uyandırıyor.9 a kadar durmadan ağlıyor.Horoz bile 9.40 ta ötüyor.
Yemeklerin porsiyonu küçük fiyatları yüksek.
İlk butik hotel tecrübemiz değil ve bildiğimiz butik otel konsepti bu değil.

Yer olarak güzel bir konumda çevresi çok güzel ormanın içinde küçük bir köy var yanında
Odalar çok soğuktu temizlik vasat lekeli çarşaf vardı geliştirdiler . Arkadaşlar saygılı ve naziklerdi
Burası alkollü bir mekan ben bunu otele varınca gördüm yapacak birleyen yoktu sadece odayı kullandım

Güzel, dinlendirici ve merkeze yakın bir otel
Otel merkeze daha yakın.Kartalkaya zirveye erişmeniz kar ve buz yoksa 30 ila 45 dk arası.Hizmetler de zirvedekilerden çok daha uygun fiyatlı.Otel aynı zamanda restoran olarak da hizmet veriyor.Akşam yemeklerinde denk gelebilirseniz canlı müzik bile olabiliyor.Sabah saatleri dinlendirici.Kaldığımız odalardan birinde çatıdaki fan gürültü yapmıştı.Hemen ilgilendiler.Banyo biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi ama küçük olması sebebiyle duşakabin ve diğerleri biraz iç içe.Kahvaltıda istediğiniz ekstralar, ekstralara göre, otel tarafından karşılanabiliyor.Bu konuda katı değiller.Sıcak bir ortam ve otel konseptinde ama pansiyon samimiyeti hakim.Asansör yok ama üç katlı zaten.Ağır eşyanız veya sağlık probleminiz varsa alt katı tercih etmekte fayda var.

Temiz, personeli iyi, küçük bir butik otel
Ortalama standartta bir oteldi. Ama temizlik çok iyiydi. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltı geç saatlere kadar devam ediyordu ve çeşitliydi.

We went to the region for skiing and we chose Butique Hotel as we found Kartalkaya hotels outragously expensive on the top of the mountain. Apperantly it was a good choice. Very friedly staff weven if communication in English was a little slow. Godd menu, nice cosy room. Really liked.

Harika değil ama çok iyi
Otel kafa dinlemek için çok güzel. Odalar keyifli, huzur veriyor. Lobisi de öyle ve butik olduğundan sakin. Aktivite arayanlar gelmesin. Gerçi Cumartesi akşamı canlı müzik vardı ve gayet başarılılardı. Oda+kahvaltı için fiyat kabul edilebilir ancak akşam yemeğini otelde yemeniz durumunda ki mecbursunuz sanki konum itibarıyla, fiyatlar oldukça yükseliyor, gazelle’e yaklaşıyor. En azından restoran kısmında otel müşterilerine, sadece yemek/canlı müzik için gelen restoran misafirlerine göre jest seviyesinde indirim uygulansa hoş olurdu. Yemekleri ise küçük porsiyonlar şeklinde fakat oldukça başarılı, yaprak ciğer harikaydı.
Genel olarak otel kendini harika gibi gösteren ama olmayan, iyi-çok iyi arası bir değere sahip diye düşünüyorum.
