The hotels was open but inside we had feeling it’s close. Restaurant works only specific hours. Servise accept reception was terrible. Dirty plates, glasses and over all. Room not clean dusty. Need allot of work and improvement in hospitality.

Konumu çok iyi.. Abant gölüne 30 dk , yedigöllere 1 saat. Otel konforlu, güvenli, odalar temiz. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, ürün çeşitliliği ve kalitesi iyi. 1 gece kaldığımız konaklama deneyimi olumlu. Otele vardığımızda ufak çocuğumuz için talep ettiğimiz açılır yatak hazırdı. Bolu bölgesinde konaklamak istersek yeniden tercih ederiz.

Odalar çok konforlu değil. Koltuk açık ve üzerinde bir yatak konulmuş olarak tutuluyor. Yer açılması için koltuk haline getirdik ama koltuğun ortası çöküyor, iti bakım gerektirir durumda. Genel olarak konfor düzeyi düşük. Odalar ses geçiriyor. Otel, konum olarak iyi bir noktada. Araç ulaşımı kolay ve kapalı otoparkı oldukça yeterli. Kahvaltı da ortalama düzeyde denilebilir.

İki kişilik odada üç kişi konaklama

Üç yetişkin için bir oda rezervasyonu yaptım. Bununla birlikte bir çifr kişilik yatak olmasına rağmen, diğer yatak çekyattan oluşturulmuştu. Bu çekyattan oluşturulan yatak çok konforlu değildi. Halbuki bu oda üç yetişkin için uygun olarak veriliyor, ödemeyi de buna göte yaprım. Bunundışımda kahvaltı kalitesi, personelin tutum ve davranışı çom iyiydi.

Çok memnun kaldım

Bir gece kaldım ve çok memnun ayrıldım. Oda hem konforlu hem de sessizdi, üstelik tertemizdi. Çalışanlar son derece nazik ve güleryüzlüydü, her isteğim eksiksiz şekilde yerine getirildi. Kalite olarak şimdiye kadar kaldığım diğer Hampton otellerinden daha iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
