The staff are amazing! All of them! I stayed for 2 weeks. They were all so kind to me! The only things I didn’t like: there are doves in the garage and every day the car would be covered in excrements; also, there is no mini bar nor air con. It’s never too much to emphasize how great the staff are! I feel sorry for not being able to say goodbye to the ones that work at night. They’re stars!

Room had be renovated to a high standard except for the two doors needed to be painted. Bathroom was very small but shower cubicle was a good size. Comfy bed and plenty of sockets around the room Would definitely stay again

Lovely welcome lovely room will definitely stay in the future. Would recommend a mirror on the wall by the desk so you can sit down and do hair/ make up but everything else was perfect.

Pleasant stay

We stayed for 4 nights prior to attending a wedding. All staff were very pleasant and friendly.Plenty of parking both outside and underground. Would recommend Food expensive as it is only pub quality but if you utilise a Taste card the price becomes acceptable.

Nice stay

We were greeted at reception by a very friendly young lady. The hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. All staff we came across were very friendly. We were close to the shops, eateries and bars. I would say the only downside was the price of the drinks in the bar, just over £12 for two shorts.

Conveniently situated a short walk away from town however, the surrounding area is very run down with very limited options to eat out. The holiday inn is very well maintained with very comfortable beds and pillows and a clean, powerful shower. Unfortunately we stayed on the hottest weekend of the year when the air conditioning was out of order. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The staff were Brilliant, bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed... The Room was large and comfortable, but just one thing, the aircon was not working which made the night a little clammy... But we have a lovely stay

Good clean and friendly stay

We stayed 5 nights and I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we were a bit cold one night so they gave us a portable radiator the next day to keep us toasty. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and never ran out. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Parking was easy with an underground option, but also another one at the top. We ate twice in the evening at he hotel, and enjoyed both meals. The staff really made the stay for us.
