A 58-square-meter three-room apartment on the fifth floor with an lift, overlooking Via delle Lame and divided into three rooms. The living area is furnished with a sofa—which can be converted into a comfortable bed if needed—a dining table for four people, and a smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a 4-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The master bedroom features a double bed and a large 4-door closet; the large window overlooks the rooftops of Bologna. The second bedroom has two single beds, one closet, and a desk. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a convenient washer-dryer. The apartment has electric shutters and independent heating/cooling.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi with high-speed fibre internet, ideal for remote work.

The living room includes

cleaning is performed in the morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., depending on
the cleaning company’s availability. It is not possible to schedule a specific time.)

Please note that only an initial supply of toilet paper and bath products (shampoo, body wash, and pods) is provided.

The apartment is located at Via delle Lame 15
in Bologna’s historic centre, on the 5th floor with an lift.

Access to the building is via a token key, which you must pick up on your own by following our instructions at Via delle Lame 29/2. Once you have picked up the key, you will be able to access the building’s main entrance; to enter the apartment, you will be provided with a code to enter on a keypad located at the apartment’s entrance.

IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR
Please note that the residence is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
If you have reserved our parking space on Via San Lorenzo, you may arrive by car by providing your number plate number in advance to obtain free authorisation to enter the city centre. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access the Residence. If you have not reserved parking at our facility, please note that you cannot drive up to the front of the Residence, and we recommend that you reserve a spot directly at one of the following car parks: AUTORIMESSA LAME, Via delle Lame 71 RIVA RENO | APCOA Via del Rondone 2

From the Central Station, you can easily reach the residence on foot in about 12 minutes.

IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY PLANE
From the airport, we recommend taking a taxi; you’ll find the taxi rank as you exit the terminal; the taxi ride to the residence will take about 25 minutes.
