The apartment is located behind the Dall'Ara stadium in Bologna, a few minutes from the historic center, reachable by bus line n. 20 for the station instead the number is 21.
It is located on the fourth and last floor of the building with a private lift.
It consists of a large and comfortable entrance, the eat-in kitchen equipped with all appliances, table and chairs for 6/7 guests with a balcony overlooking San Luca. The large bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer and personal hygiene products.

There are two bedrooms.

1st bedroom: two single beds, wardrobe, desk, armchair, TV, possibility of adding up to two camp beds or a cot

2nd Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and with two-seater sofa which can be transformed into a bed if necessary.

The stay cannot be longer than 30 days.
The tourist tax must be added to the rates for the first 5 nights, 3 euros per person (from 01/01/2019); The balance must be paid upon entering the apartment.
