This was a great property with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. A great base for exploring Bologna.

Small and comfy studio, ideal for one or two.

This was a great place for a few days stopover. Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. Easy communication via text and would certainly consider a further stay, next time i am in Bologna

Fantastic property and service

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again.

A Very Nice Surprise :D

We had a very nice stay at Casa del Laureato. We were worried at first because the building was nondescript but upon entering the door we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern, cozy and organized. The big window was a huge plus, the bed was comfortable, the heating worked, necessities were available in the kitchen, there was a washer, a smart tv, the wifi worked. Everything was good accomodation-wise. The location was also very central though a bit of a walk from the train station (15-20mins). The area was teeming with young adults since it's very close to the university. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building itself can get a bit scary at night as it's dark but just know where the light switches are prior and you'll be alright. We would definitely stay here again if we visited again soon :D Note: I had trouble communicating with the host thru hotels.com website and app so I think it's best if the host provides a Whatsapp number or alternate email to communicate for necessary instructions and for questions.

Room was great. 10 minute walk to the centre. All kitchen equipment if needed. The mobile phone key was easy to use to initially get into the apparetment block. Before the lock box next to the room. A new mattress could be needed very soon.

Decent stay

Cute little apartment, close to everything. However a very noisy street. The pillows in the bed are also very very thin. It was decent and maybe I would stay again but not 100%

Estancia en Bolonia

Según el alojamiento fue Hotels.com el que no nos informó de que podíamos dejar nuestras maletas, pues llegamos antes de la hora del checkin. Al contratar el hotel, la página informaba de que había recepción de 9 a 18, pero no decía que la recepción no está en el mismo alojamiento sino a 10 minutos andando, ni que podía hacerse y estuvimos toda la mañana cargando con la maleta. En el check out si pudimos dejar la maleta. Según la propiedad fue fallo de Hotels.com. La cama no me pareció muy cómoda. El resto, bien y limpio. A una media hora de la estación de tren.

Apartamento renovado a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro. El apartamento estaba perfecto aunque el edificio esta un poco descuidado. Por lo demas todo bien.
