About this property

Apartment in the Jewish Ghetto by Wonderful Italy

  • Cozy, newly renovated apartment in the heart of Bologna's Jewish Ghetto district, a short walk from the Two Towers.

The apartment opens onto a corridor that leads to the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a kettle. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds: one also features a TV, while the other has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. The accommodation also boasts a small veranda with a wooden bench.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as โ€œDottaโ€ (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as โ€œGrassaโ€ (fat) for its gastronomic delights and โ€œRossaโ€ (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, โ€œTorre degli Asinelliโ€ and โ€œTorre della Garisendaโ€, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragรน alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Around 1,5 km from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less then 20 minutes away by car.

Wonder location in Bologna

We loved the location. It was close to everything that we wanted to see. Most everything was in walking distance. The only issues we had were small things that the property manager would not know of if somebody does not tell them. The kitchen table top just fell off as soon as you put something on it. The shower-heads did not work properly That being said, I would go back there.
