Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

Original room refused as it was gloomy and apparently not of the previous rooms standards I have used, having stayed here before. I was given a room that had many small problems, so requested a paid update which was good. I personally spoke with Butch the duty manager who thankfully gave me an explanation. This hotel will be going through an update from March where all the small problems I identified should be resolved. This hotel now has many newer local hotels against it for accommodation. Hopefully the upgrades will be sufficient to provide competition. The location is great not being too far from the Ayala Mall. The breakfast is very good but try not to go too far to please an ever larger Asian clientele. I will look forward to returning to see the resultant upgrades.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Overall a great stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms!

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Beds and pillows were hard. Older rooms. Went to the breakfast buffet at 9:00 am and food was empty except for Pinoy dishes. Eggs were empty and never replenished.
