The stay is located in an older run down "hood" area that is currently receiving upgrades. But the house is on a dead end street, and the area didn't seem unsafe by any means. "We rented this house for a weekend w friends, a concert and visiting the Allman Brothers sites, and it was just what we needed. The location is peaceful, a large deck to watch the birds on the water. The inside was comfortable, bright and very clean. I would definitely stay here again."
