Centrally located in the heart of downtown on a cozy street in between 2 of Macon's best parks with sidewalks to enjoy a stroll. This one bedroom home is spacious, dreamy funky, and fun. You will park in the driveway and walk up to a southern front porch perfect to enjoy coffee or work on your laptop. The upstairs of this home is occupied. The entire downstairs is yours including a bedroom, living room with a pull out couch, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry space.
The Neighborhood:
located in downtown Macon on a popular street for cozy, beautiful historic homes.
Getting Around:
Park for free in the driveway. sidewalks available for strolling the shaded beautiful neighborhood and view all the historic homes. 2 beautiful parks on either side of the street. kid friendly.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the above tenant lives in the upstairs of the home and uses a completely separate entrance.

We are just around the corner should you need anything but you can plan on having a socially distant, quiet stay, free from interacting with anyone.
