"AVOID!!!! WOW!! It looks absolutely nothing like the photos they’ve posted on here. I’ve got plenty of photos for proof of how scruffy , dirty this property is. I had to contact Expedia regarding the issue it was genuinely that manky. Urine marks all over all the towels. Holes in walls. Yellow stinky blinds. Electric sockets popping out (unsafe)! Dead insects in the room. Shared bathroom had damp all over and shower was the most dirty I’ve ever seen in my life. Toilet was leaking and had wee all...

Room nice size with comfy chairs to sit in instead of just the bed.
Iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Bathroom adequate lovely clean white towels,soap and shampoo if required and nice hot water.
Tea and coffee etc , would of liked some biscuits,that's just me .

"Hi all. I have booked this property last week for 4 nights, first night we got there the boiler was broken so no hot shower or heating available, i contact the prim stays straight away to solve the issue and they promise that would be sorted. Nothing got done by the hosts so we end up without shower and heating for the entire stay they are a disgraceful housing management business no refund no help no respect for their customers..
Disgusting the way we have been treat by them.

"Hadn't realised that they don't have restaurant open on Sunday night. Open Monday to Saturday. Luckily we'd had a Sunday lunch. Bar was pretty busy so I'm surprised they didn't sell snacks, sandwiches, cakes etc."
