Charming house 35 minutes from Disneyland Paris

  • Perfect house to meet with family or friends, summer and winter. Rest, calm and serenity guaranteed. Comfortable interior space, with main room of 30m2. Internet fiber. Located in the heart of nature, there is no shortage of walks and activities. The land of 3200m² is fenced with swing, slide, sandbox. Electric vehicle charging station available 300m walk away. 13 minutes from all amenities. 35 minutes from Disneyland.

    On the ground floor :
    - 1 entry. 1 bathroom with toilet and Italian shower.
    - 1 lounge area of ​​30m² with TV and double sofa bed / dining room / kitchen with window.
    - 1 bedroom with a 90x200 single bed with window overlooking the garden
    - 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200 with window overlooking the garden

    The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
    The dining room can accommodate 6 people at the table.

    The 1st floor is currently unavailable for renovation.

    Board or outdoor games available on request.

    Ideally equipped with a car, you have free parking spaces in the garden. Bus station 500m away, for morning and end of day trips. The house is located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris, in a peaceful hamlet 13 minutes from the first shops. Calm assured. Walk in the great outdoors.
    By car: 1h15 from central Paris. By train: 15 min from La Ferté Sous Jouarre station. 22 minutes from Coulommiers station, 35 minutes from the TGV station and the Chessy/Marne-la-Vallée Disney RER.

We had a pleasant stay

We enjoyed the quietness of this location while still being able to get to Disneyland and Paris in a reasonable amount of time by car and train. Big thumbs up for the kindness of our hosts and the equipment of the house. We really had everything we needed. Thank you again for having us, we’ll definitely come back soon.

The gite was clean and tidy.All communication was via email, as the host was not present, during our stay.Realistically in our opinion, the gite is ideal for couples, rather than for families.The rural location was excellent, although some may find it too isolated from shops, attractions etc.As in previous comments, some areas of the gite are looking a little ‘tired’, and could do with some TLC.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.Thank you Anais.

Great stay. A bit secluded, quite close to disneyland about 30,40 mins drive so ideal if you are staying specifically for disneyland. There was a nice safari park around 20 mins drive away which we absolutely loved and nice Canal. Its a bit far if you want to go to central Paris/Eiffel tower, by drive it took us around 1 hr 45 mins. The house itself was clean and I would definitely recommend. There was a cherry tree around the front and the host was kind enough to offer us pick some cherries a d daughter absolutely loved the experience. Aircon and Bbq and clean stove, fridge and oven! Really enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the spacious quiet rustic cottage. However, the cottage is looking a little 'tired'. The sheer curtains do not provide privacy, the sofa does not provide comfy seating (cushions may help) and the shower temperature could be hotter.

Joli logement bien équipé, décoré avec goût, des propriétaires très gentils

Tout était parfait, un grand terrain avec jeux pour les enfants loin de la circulation. Le logement est très sympa, bien décoré, WiFi haut débit, cuisine bien équipée. Le propriétaire a mis à disposition des épices, du thé, du café et même du whisky... Il était à l'écoute, avait de bons conseils et est très aimable. Je recommande.

Jolie maisonette au calme, nous avons passé un bon séjour, la propriétaire nous a bien accueilli, de bons conseils et serviable. Nous reviendrons ! :)
