"Au tout début à l’arrivée, J’ai dû appeler l’assistance car ma reservation n’était pas affichée sur l’écran d’accueil. Ensuite, la chambre puait d’une odeur dégoûtante et les draps étaient tous tachetés de saletés, de traces de sang, de café et de poussière."

"We have 2 persons for 1 night stay and found that this hotel was too basic. There was shampoo, but no soap in the shower. The bathroom did not have wash cloths. The room did not have a clock. And, there was no mattress but a foam pad on the bed. With all this said, the staff was very nice."

"The hotel was clean and safe even though it was surrounded by bodegas. It is kind of far from the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower, about a 35 min drive. No food close by."
