Great stay

Extra clean, spacious apartment like, good breakfat, great value, if you choose the two bedroom apartment which face the road, it maybe a little noisy for some people. You may opt for the smaller ones facing the city for extra privacy. Alejandro and Luis are two great professionals and made our stay exceptional. Thank you.

The hotel is under renovation, but only the lobby was updated. The rooms are still very old and, the breakfast is very limited. The room I was in was incredibly noisy. I went there for work and I couldn’t sleep well for three days, I asked to change rooms but wasn’t possible. Although the majority of the personnel was very attentive, the management didn’t communicate very well. It’s a decent price but, don’t think it’s the best place to stay if your trip is longer than 2 days.

It can be much better

It appears that the hotel open before finishing remodeling. They were working on the bar. The restaurant had a very limited menu. There was a table without chairs in the middle of the dinning area. The internet was very unstable. The rooms don't have blackout curtains. Some colleagues complained that their rooms did not have curtains at all. The windows are not isolated so it is very loud if you are in rooms facing the busy street. The location is great if you have meetings at the University Javeriana.

Was a good experience to stay Viaggio Urbano. The installations looks great. Big spaces. Well designed and maintained. The staff very friendly. Stive the bartender very knowledgeable and friendly, food was good and tasty, price was reasonable, highly recommended!

Me he quedado en ocasiones anteriores con gratas experiencias. Lastimosamente en ésta se ha notado una disminución significativa en la calidad tanto de las instalaciones como del trato del personal. Desayuno muy limitado, cama incómoda y ruidosa, ruido en la habitación por el ventilador extractor de la cocina, poca disponibilidad de toallas, personal de servicio poco servicial y no enfocado en atención al cliente.

Poco personal sin embargo hacen lo mejor para ofrece el servicio, el área de la barra los licores limitados, el grupo que fuimos comenzamos a tomar y se le acabó el hielo , el vodka, el cointreu,etc etc etc sólo una botella de cada licor y no tenían repuesto,deben mejorar en esa área.

Cómodo, buena opción.

El hotel es muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Con unas pequeñas mejoras podría ser fantástico. Necesitan poner ganchos para colgar las toallas, lámparas que alumbren (las que hay en los cuartos son tan suaves que no se ve nada) y poner enseres en la cocineta, no hay ni un vaso por lo que no se puede usar para nada.
