The hotel is located in a nice place in Bogotá, although it is very busy and noisy. The room was large and comfortable. Nice soft sheets but a very hard mattress. The hotel also charges in dollars, and breakfast and everything is very expensive compared to other better hotels. Some staff are better than others. The hotel definitely can improve in every way, especially buying new towels and not washing them with vinegar. That's kind of rude to their guest.

The room is clean and staff very accommodating. I wish they had a small microwVe and a coomend washer dryer. I find in Bogata not is not always easy to find in a hotel. The offer laundry service, but it is very expensive. I am just don't like sending my clothes out
