We left after one night. The place was dirty and the sink missing a faucet, one of the chairs, and the two chairs that were in the room was broken and we just couldn’t stay there. Changed to HAB hotel which was a perfect stay

El lugar es muy cómodo y de fácil acceso a lugares importantes de la ciudad. Un sitio muy limpio y bien atendido. Una dificultad es que no teine ascensor, así que no lleves una maleta pesada que tendrás que cargar por la escalera. Yo volvería a Juliette ApartaSuites.

These people (lovely ladies at the front desk and the breakfast staff) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again. This was the last 2 days of a 10 day trip to Colombia, starting and ending in Bogota - this was in stark contrast to where we stayed in Bogota at the start of our trip which was very near here, fancier and a lot more expensive but definitely NOT worth it - wish we had stayed here from the start.

I stayed here when I arrived in Bogota & then again a couple of weeks later, before leaving Colombia. Clean, very secure, spacious apartment at a reasonable price including nice, basic breakfast. Thanks to everyone at Juliette for the lovely stay. I am so thankful for the very, very early check-in you allowed me, & I am equally thankful for the very late check-out when leaving. Other hotels would never offer such thing, or would have taken me up on my offer to book an additional night upon arrival. It was so gracious of you. Quiet location in Chapinero within good proximity to Bogota CBD, Candelara district, Monseratte & a short walk to buses to anywhere else you need. Only a 20-45 minute taxi to the airport (depending on traffic.) My Spanish is around 25% of the way to fluent. If you are at 0% you might struggle to communicate with staff (& everyone else in Colombia), but the most basic Spanish phrases is all that you will need here.

Juliette's Smiling Guest

This is a great facility. The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was very clean, excellent condition with a small kitchenette. The area is a hilly residential area so a little difficult for walking. Minimal traffic and a quiet peaceful area to stay. The folks were very accommodating and prepared our breakfast to our liking every morning, and arranged a car for us to visit the Salt Cathedral and return to the airport. Please be aware that the english is very limited and our conversation occurred through Google Translate. Also be aware that Bogota is very cool and every place we went or stayed does not use heating or air conditioning. In summary we loved the place.

Centrally located in Chapinero Alto with restaurants and shopping. Nearby, Perfect one and two bedroom furnished suites with full kitchen. A very nice continental breakfast with cook to order eggs. The best part of this property are, Marlen and her friendly staff. Thank you!!!

Nice, safe apartment with breakfast included

I was not disappointed with my choice to stay at Julliette. Everyone, from Marlen to Alvaro, was very friendly. My room was large and clean with a fridge, microwave, and stove. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, which I like. Breakfast had good fruit, coffee, juice, and eggs cooked to order. There were many restaurant choices nearby, also an Exito grocery store. When you leave your room, you leave your key at the reception area and pick it up upon your return. You also have to ring the bell on the outside gate for entry and have someone inside "buzz" you out.. This is not a big deal, it's good that they have this security.There is construction nearby during the day so I suggest bringing ear plugs if you like to sleep in. Speaking some Spanish will go a long way, although the owner does speak English well. I would stay here again.

No lo recomiendo mucho- Es un poco triste que no tengan ascensor, porque toca subir tú mismo y bajar tú mismo la maleta, yo la subí sin problemas hasta el 5to piso, pero cuando iba saliendo me dolió el hombro y no recibí mucha ayuda. Deberían tener mejor servicio para que los clientes se vayan satisfechos. No lo recomiendo para negocios o viaje de trabajo… no hay ni donde imprimir una hoja
