Fue pésimo, porque a pesar de que llame dos veces a confirmar la reserva, nunca la realizaron y llegue a la 1 de la mañana cansado del viaje y me dicen que no hay ninguna reserva hecha, y que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, lo cual fue muy molesto teniendo en cuenta la hora en que llegaba y las veces que habia llamado a confirmar la reserva

Switch and hook hotel.

Per Hotel, There were no reservations. Hotels/Booking. com web page was taking reservations, where rooms were not available. They gladly moved me, and a 2nd couple that had the same issue to a sister hotel. THey transported us to a hotel about 8 blocks away called Blue Zafiro. Hotel was pretty nasty. but, at 3AM after waiting on this room,I just slept for a few hours and left in the morning.
