Staff was very great and helpful! Location is a bit far from the main areas but taxi services was never an issue. Please note that the rooms DO NOT HAVE AC. Thankfully we had a room with a balcony and we could open the doors. We even bought a mini fan to help with the warmth. The hotel is next to a highway so it gets noisy. Hot water and wifi went out a few times. Breakfast was very basic but still delicious. Bed sheets and pillows were very comfy. The highlight was definitely the staff who were always there to assist.

Perfect hotel if you don't like to shower

The hotel is in nice area though at night it looks abandoned. Check in was easy but once we got to our room (302) it wasn't well ventilated at all. I'd describe it as a sauna or swamp like from the nasty heat eminating from being closed and opening a window didn't much of anything. My biggest caveat was the lack of any hand soap to wash hands (this hotel forget about coronavirus or basic hygiene) There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser which is inexcusable, oh and the shower was missing the other door. I only stayed the night but I'd recommend anyone to stay somewhere else and if you have a complaint or concern this hotel doesn't care or offer any apologies or concessiones and if you're trying to get a good night sleep, the staff can be heard boisterously from the hall early in the morning like an unwanted alarm clock. Spend a little money and go elsewhere.

La habitación en muy malas condiciones de limpieza, el basurero estaba lleno de basura del huésped anterior, había pelos largos de mujer en las toallas de cuerpo, piso, la pared de la ducha, el vidrio de la ducha, la tapa del sanitario estaba mala. Hay mejores hoteles por precio similar.

MALA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO

Pésima relación calidad precio, por el costo se puede conseguir algo mucho mejor en la zona, lo único rescatable del hotel es la atención de la señora que sirve el desayuno, bastante amable, por demás la estadía no fue grata, se ve que no hacen mantenimiento, la luz del ascensor no funciona, el televisor se desconectaba cada 30 segundos y la recepcionista no dio ninguna alternativa. El desayuno es aceptable, falta variedad, se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones.
