We were surprised to not have a refrigerator or shampoo. We were asked not to 'abuse' the towels. We were moved from a decent-sized room after one night to a jail-sized noisy room with no outside window, and when anyone walked by a bright light flashed on.

Solicitud de compensación. Se realizó registro con antelación para evitar contratiempos y malos entendidos y cuando se llegonel momento del check in y entrega de la habitación, se encontraba sub alquilada y nos fue entregada únicamente hasta las 4 pm y durante la corta estancia por aquella complicación y otras como el ruido en las zonas cerca a la habitación hicieron que decidiera retirarme anticipadamente y buscar otro lugar para pasar mi estadía. Espero me retribuyan el dinero por las incomodidades y retrasos generados. Ya que yo le solicité a la persona si era posible utilizar la habitación antes pero ella prefirió alquilarla a otras personas para luego retrasar nuestro acceso

Súper sucio y atención ineficiente

La PEOR experiencia de mi vida viajera. Hice la reserva a través de Hotels.com, filtré la búsqueda para que solo salieran los hoteles que incluyen parqueadero. Sin embargo, al llegar la recepcionista, me informa que el Hotel no cuenta con Parqueadero - caía un torrencial aguacero - y tendría que irme a unas cuadras a dejar el carro. Mi reservación la hice y la pagué para dos adultos y una niña al llegar la recepcionista me indica que la niña cuenta como adulto y que debería pagar 50.000 pesos adicional a lo que me niego rotundamente le pedí que me reintegraran el dinero para hacer otra reserva en otro lugar y no lo hizo. Finalmente accedí a firmar el checking, después de un largo rato y de que ella me dijera que finalmente no me iban a cobrar la “persona extra” Me deja alrededor de cinco minutos en la recepción sola mientras ella se va a “revisar la habitación”, cuando regresa, le pregunto que si era que la habitación no estaba lista y me dice que era que las toallas estaban mojadas que las estaba cambiando, lo que me generó mucha desconfianza porque en teoría cuando uno llega ya las habitaciones están limpias por una persona experta en limpieza. A pesar de eso, le recibí la llave y subí revisé la habitación para darme cuenta que estaba totalmente sucia las paredes, las manijas de los clóset y las toallas tenían aspecto de haber sido planchadas recientemente porque estaban calientes . Decidí bajar a la recepción y pedirle que me reintegraran el dinero a lo cual ella se negó.
