My stay at Hotel Bogota Resort was excellent. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily with a wonderful and polite cleaning staff. I would definitely stay there again when I come back.

Economic with good location

Service was fine, front desk can call car with an app giving you an approximate price for the ride, which is useful in Bogota. Hot breakfast was good, not very big but enough. Overall is good if you are looking for an economical hotel. On the other hand, linens are limited and no high quality, no hand towel, no shampoo, no lamps on night tables. They do not have any signs for eco-friendliness practices, so we decided to tell them not to clean because they could have changed sheets and towels unnecessarily - we really didn't ask what they do. Also good was that the transportation to the airport was available and not expensive, he arrived a little late though

Buena ubicación para quienes asisten a eventos en Corferias o al Ágora. Sector tranquilo. En la habitación que está al lado de la recepción se escuchan las conversaciones del personal de turno desde las 4 am. Hay poca oferta de restaurantes en la zona.

Fotos en Expedia no dan la realidad del hotel. Es muy estrecho la habitacion. El baño muy limitado. No es apto para personas con limitacion. No habia nada para comer en la noche y cerca del hotel tampoco. Era limpio si la habitacion.

Las condiciones de las toallas estaban muy deplorable, algunas rotas y manchadas, además no nos llevaron las suficientes porque éramos 4 personas, en 4 días no nos cambiaron las toallas no se realizó limpieza en el.baño ni en la.habigacion, solo se tendían las casas y se sacaba la basura, pero no sé limpiaba ni cambiaron tendidos en 4 días que estuvimos, se notaba muy sucio y mugroso debajo de las camas, parecía que no se barría en muchos meses, tenemos fotos de esto solo que no cargan para adjuntarlas. El desayuno podría ser más variado, en 4 días siempre era huevo, arepa o pan,

Hotel básico

La atención del personal Marisol y Andres fue muy buena. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, sin embargo los desayunos son lo mismo todos los dias. El cuarto que nos dieron carecia de ventanas y estaba en la planta baja por lo que todo lo que pasaba en recepción se escuchaba. Es un hotel bien básico solo para dormir.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y SIN PARQUEO

Pésimo servicio al cliente, entregaron la habitación horas después del check in, no es familiar sino que meten una cama individual en un espacio pequeño, habían pelos en el servicio,baño y sábanas. Hay que esperar una hora para el desayuno ya que no pueden atender a las personas con el poco personal y cocinas mal encaradas. Amanecíamos con picada al amanecer después de acostarnos en las sábanas. No dejan el agua embotellada como lo decía en la publicación y la cobran a un alto valor, solo tienen parqueo para tres carros y cuando utilizamos uno, nos solicitaron sacar el carro a la calle para que otro cliente lo utilizara. El carro no quedó seguro y expuesto a cualquier eventualidad, en la noche hay muchos ruidos y no dejan dormir.

Nos dieron una habitación pequeña y se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones durante la noche (abrir y cerrar puertas), el desayuno incluido es basto y muy rico, la atención del personal es muy buena, y la ubicación esta perfecta si vas a Corferias. Alrededor hay todo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia, etc.

Se encontro botellas de plastico detras de la puerta, no las recogieron en el aseo antes de entregar la habitacion al huesped siguiente. El modem de internet esta colgando al frente de la pantalla del televisor. Me encontre un cabello de dama (muy largo) en la sabana de la cama donde dormi
