La recepcionista de la noche del viernes 1ro de agosto nos dejó en la calle como 1hr porque no estaba en recepción ni tampoco atendía al teléfono, ni al timbre ni al ruido que le estuvimos haciendo yo y otros dos huéspedes en esta situación

La atención del personal es buena, son muy gentiles y amigables. Lastimosamente de los 7 días que me quedé en el hotel dos veces olvidaron realizar el aseo y lo prolongaban hasta muy tarde del día siguiente. Además había ciertas cosas que le faltaban a la habitación como armadores para colgar la ropa, cambio de toallas y papel higiénico, por lo que tuve que bajar a recepción varias veces a solicitarlos.

REGULAR ATENCION

Entregamos las llaves a las 10:00 de la mañana y cuando refresa.oa a las 4:00pm no la habian arreglado nos toco esperar a que hicieran el.aseo no nos habian dejado toalllas y toco ir hasta recepcion por ellas porque el citofono no funcionaba, la puerta del baño no le servia el seguro, habia jabon en la ducha pero no en el lavamanos tocaba entrar a la ducha para coger el jabon, el desayuno muy regular yo creo que se podria mejorar un poco sin afectar los costos, muy bien ubicado cerca a trasmilenio, zona tranquila, lo habiamos apartado por la pagina y decia que el costo era de $400.000 impuestos incluidos y la sorpresa fue que nos cobraron el 19% del iva toco pagar $476.000 imaginen donde no llevaramos mas dinero. Creemos que habia acaros porque nos empezo a picar todo el cuerpo al acostarnos

Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria tranquilamente.

Os atendentes do hotel são muito receptivos e atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O quarto é muito limpo, é servido um bom café da manhã. Achei baixa a iluminação do quarto, e como a janela estava voltada para os outros quartos tive que manter fechada.Não tinha ar condicionado ou ventilador, mas com o clima de Bogotá não precisou. O chuveiro era ótimo e o banheiro bem limpo. Um ponto bastante negativo é que não havia nenhum secador de cabelo no hotel, tive que lavar o cabelo em um salão das redondezas. A localização do hotel é ótima para quem terá atividades na Universidade Javeriana (3 min a pé). O local também é seguro. A internet pega bem em todas as partes do hotel. Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria tranquilamente.
