I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient part of Bogotá, and we felt completely comfortable walking around and exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Its location is unique. Close to everything with many restaurants, supermarkets around. Only thing they need to improve is the check in. My reservation was not registered and they had to send me the first night to a nearby hotel.

Had an amazing stay at this Hotel! Would definitely stay here again if i come to Bogota. The housekeeping staff is very nice and does a great job! My only problem was the noise from the windows not being soundproofed well. But that doesnt change me 5 star rating. Great place to stay!

Lovely staff. Very attentive and helpful. Room condition varied in quality among the 3 units booked for myself and family members staying there during the same period. Room 403, 805 and 507. Room 403 felt like a major downgrade compared to the other two could use some repair/maintenance. The beds in all 3 rooms are extremely stiff/hard mattresses. Food quality at breakfast and dinner/room service was a bit lacking at times/inconsistent.

Decent hotel near a busy intersection. Some shops and food within walkable distance. Room and the hotel in general seemed to be very clean. The intersection can be loud and this was worsened by the lock on the window in my room being very loose. I was actually worried that the screws would pull out compelty and I wouldnt be able to shut the window at all. Other minor maintenence issues.

First of all I would to mention that the staff working in this hotel are nice and professional. The hotel is in a safe area, and close to many places. However there are two things that were concerning to me. First of first of all, there is a lot of noise because the hotel is closed to the road. we were on the fourth floor, you could hear all the noise all the cars, and you could hear also the nightclub. I asked the reception to put me in another room and they were very kind by accommodating us on that. The rooms were not soundproof so they should work on that. Second thing was the breakfast on our first day we came around 10 AM and it was crowded, they almost ran out of everything and we decided to go to a breakfast place instead. However, if you come early morning, you would see that they have some great stuff, and it will be not as much as crowded. Overall, the hotel is nice. They just need to soundproof their rooms and improve their breakfast settings.

-Room was kind of dirty -The bed mattresses were practically only wood - There is no AC. -The quality if the rooms overall were pretty low(very thin glass) so a lot of noise passes through -morning breakfast is average but they have some friendly and attending personnel at the food section. If you are looking to just stay for a day and not really use the room - ideal for the price i guess 👍 If you'd like a more leisure and convenient place for a little more money ($USD) highly recommend Dan Carlton 👌 Good luck!
