I found the hotel to be way too loud, I had booked 3 nights but left after 2. I even switched rooms to try to get something quieter but the second room was worse than the first.

Solo necesitaba un par de habitaciones para dormir y tomar un vuelo temprano. Si bien el caballero fue servicial, las habitaciones eran exactamente lo que esperaba por el precio. Solo un lugar para dormir. El problema fue que cerraron el agua muy temprano, y cuando nos hicieron un favor para que nos bañáramos y nos laváramos, no tenían agua caliente. Muy desalentador!!! En cuanto a los empleados, fueron muy serviciales y considerados.

Mi experiencia de estancia no se llegó a materializar y aun así fue horrible, reservé y pagué a mediados de enero 2025 para usarlo la primera de semana de febrero 2025, el mismo día de la compra confirmé mi reserva y una empleada del hotel me confirmó nombre y llegada con la reserva en mano ya ella la tenia impresa, el día del vuelo llamo por casualidad para informar que llegaba pasada la media noche y cual es mi sorpresa que dicen que no tengo reserva y que ellos están full copados por una feria local, la persona por teléfono no teniendo respuestas me da un numero de whatsapp para comunicarme con ellos y en 2 horas ya yo tenia que usar el hotel, fue horrible tener que llegar a otro pais y tener que resolver a media noche para una persona de 72 años donde no se conoce a nadie. Definitivamente este hotel no es la opción, no es responsable y aun cuando trataron de solucionar lo hicieron sin amabilidad ni respeto. Adicional trataron de culpar a la apps por la que hice la compra cuando yo misma verifiqué el dia de la compra que mi reserva estaba alli en fisico. La app de manera responsable y amable no solo se hizo cargo de la situacion y me ubicó otro hotel sino que resolvió de la mejor manera y por el inconveniente pagó la diferencia de costos por llegada anticipada a un hotel sin reserva previa. Este hotel no es opción si quieres seguridad, respeto!!!

Reserve en esta propiedad para mis padres, les encanto el lugar, la habitación siempre impecable, la atencion en la recepción estuvo increible son muy amigables, atentos y serviciales. La zona es muy linda y conveniente, con restaurantes cerca y de fácil acceso, los recomiendo, excelente servicio muchas gracias

Richard nos recebeu muito bem. Muito amável e atencioso. Passamos a noite de Natal com ele e sua família, foi muito acolhedor. Hotel localizado em uma área segura e de fácil acesso, próximos a restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados e estação ônibus (Transmilenio).
