I liked the two people they work and clean make and female. They were very nice and helpful also friendly. I want to report the manager he was very stupid and impolite. He screamed to me over the phone.

Do not stay at this property! The staff at the desk are nice. Other than that, our stay was horrible! There was mold on the ceiling, the floor was disgustingly dirty, the door did not have a latch (had to use lock to keep it closed), the desk drawer had no bottom in it, the toilet button to flush fell off so when we pushed it back in, it got stuck and just ran constantly, and had silverfish running around at night. We booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 night and booked another hotel as we could not stay there. I tried to talk to the manager about a refund but the staff said I had to go through my booking company. Expedia tried to talk to the manager several times but he would not talk to them so I am out my money. I now understand why we were the only people staying in the hotel. I just wish i could attach pictures to show this accommodation.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is 15 min drive from airport, from Gold museum, from La Candelaria. It is in a residential area, which means that during the night is quiet. The price for a room is very convenient and this price included the breakfast. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The people working at the hotel are nice. They offer filtered water and also coffee for free. If you plan to visit Bogota on a low budget and stay in an excellent and safe place, this is the place.
