Unit apartemen ini terletak di area Tajur dengan akses 2 exit tol (Bogor Kebun Raya dan Ciawi) yang berjarak sekitar 10 menit. Di sekeliling apartemen banyak terdapat mal dan modern market (Lawson, Alfamart) dengan jarak sekitar 2 menit, dan Mall Boxies 123 (sekitar 1, 3 km atau 5 menit perjalanan dengan mobil). Selain itu juga banyak terdapat berbagai tempat rekreasi keluarga dan kuliner di sekitar apartemen, seperti Kuntum Farm Field, dll.

Untuk check-in, tamu akan diberi kode akses smart door via chat, sedangkan untuk kartu akses keluar masuk lobi, akan ada housekeeper/petugas yg menyerahkan kartu akses ini secara langsung pada saat tamu check in.
