I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. The noise from construction and the road noise was constant. The room cooled well, but the bathroom stayed a little warm. "Nice stay prior to our morning flight. Airport transfer was via taxi and was included in the rate. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous, better than the fancy resort we had just come from. Thomas, the owner of the hotel, was personable and friendly and we enjoyed our conversations. Would definitely stay again.
