Trip to Bodrum

The staff where extremely helpful and felt safe leaving our luggage in reception as too early to go to room. In the evening Alpe gave us some hot water so we could make a drink in our room. Breakfast was very nice. Room was okay no safe to put valuables in so had to keep everything with us. Pool was very nice and clean. Would go again. All staff were welcomimg and friendly.

THE HOTEL HASN'T CAR PARKING AREA

The car park issues is terrible. The hotel has car parking but just four cars gap!!! meanwhile hotel deal the car park but they want to cost a day/250 turkish liras. I think this topic so terrible for hotel guests

Property was undergoing renovations, room we got was very under par. It was leaking water from the shower cubical onto the barthroom floor there was a puddle of water even when we first went into the room.

Hotel never responded to us when we tried to contact them regarding assistance with the trip. Because of this, we couldn't go to the hotel, and they still charged us. Even today, we haven't received any response, but they're now asking us to leave a review.

Hotel has a nice garden to chill, relax, swim. Delicious breakfast and wonderful kitchenladies. Very close to beach, and center, all walking distance. I liked my walks for at least 3 hours daily and explored the entire surroundings. I will definitely return to this place. A big Thank You!

Otel çok kötü , müşterilerin arkasından dedikodu yapan otel sahipleri ve çalışanlar. Temizlik desen hal getire. Oda sineklerle dolu. Odada sabun yok kettle yok. Her oda için kettle mı alıcam 450 tl olmuş tanesi diyen bir işletme sahibi. Odada su yok su. Diyeceklerik bu kadar.

I had a one night stay in this hotel recently. I booked it mainly as I was arriving late from abroad on a flight and was walking from Bodrum bus station. I had a comfortable stay here in the room I booked. The breakfast was nice. A few things could have improved the experience for me. The tv was not working the night I stayed although it normally did. But if someone is staying for one night, it should be checked that it works since it is advertised as it's no use to me the next day. The girl at reception did her best to get it to work but couldn't so thanks to her anyway. Also, only a small thing but the water in the bathroom tap didn't taste great so best to buy bottled water when washing your teeth. A nice place otherwise. It was very quiet as an out of season stay.

Yeni yıl gecesi dahil 3 gecelik bir konaklama yaptık. Sabah 08:00- 10:00 arası verilen kahvaltı dışında günün hiçbir saatinde sıcak su, çay, kahve gibi basit ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayamadık. Odada kettle olmadığı gibi, bu ufak talebi karşılamak adına da hiçbir hizmet alamadık. Rezervasyonda balkonlu/sigara içilebilir oda olarak yer alan odayı seçmemize rağmen, bunların dolu olduğunu ileterek balkonsuz / sigara içilmeyen bir odaya yerleştirildik.

İlk gittiğimiz gece odamızdaki klima çalışmıyordu resepsiyondaki çocuk asla konu ile ilgisi yoktu. Klima zaten eski zamanlardan kalma resmen içeriye toz üflüyordu o derece kirdi. O gece klimanın çalıştığı iddia edilip soğukta yatmak zorunda kaldık. Ertesi gün odamız değiştirildi. Kahvaltısı kötü güzel değil, bu zamana kadar kaldığım en kötü oteldi
