dirty bathroom, tv didn't work, no internet, impolite staff, no breakfast ( despite that we had payed for breakfast ), I have traveled 98 countries, yet haven't stayed in such a bad and overpriced hotel!

Otele ilk geldiğimizde karşılama güzeldi ancak odaya girdiğimizde iki adet tek kişilik yatak vardı iki kere resepsiyona gitmemize rağmen değişim yapılmadı yatakları birleştirip yatıldığını söylediler ancak yataklar arasında yükseklik farkı vardı. Ayrıca odada havlu, mini bar, emanet kasası, terlik, su, tv kumandası vb. eşyalar yoktu daha sonrasında bir kısmı temin edildi. Havuz büyüklük olarak ideal ancak daha temiz olabilirdi. Yemekler yeterli çeşitlilikte ve güzel. Ancak bar kısmında alkolu damla damla veriyorlar. Soğuk kahve makinesinin sürekli bozuk olduğunu söylüyorlar. Çalışanların bir kısmı ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Otel sitesinde plajı ve ücretsiz servis olduğu söyleniyor ancak plaj mevcut değil animasyon ekibi her gün farklı ücretli plaja götürüyor giriş kişi başı 1000 tl civarı.

Öncelikle otel giriş saati 14.00 olduğu halde odayı 16.00da teslim ettiler kuru temizlemeden çarşaflar gelmediği için 2 saat boyunca lobide bekledik,yemek çeşitliliği çok kısıtlıydı ve yetersizdi,bardaki içecek çeşitliliği çok çok azdı,çalışanlar gayet iyi ama yönetim vasat,iyi yanları otelin konumu iyi bir yerde oteli yatıp kalkıp havuza gir çık için kullanınca daha iyi vakit geçirebilecek uygun fiyatlı olucak bi seçenek olur onun dışında tekrar tercih etmem ama fiyat performans diyebilirim,ayrıca animasyon ekibi ve garsonlar ilgili onlara teşekkür ederiz
