52 Hengar Manor is a sweet semi detached chalet in the fabulous grounds of the 35 acre Hengar manor estate. Overlooking the lake and close to all facilities it’s a great base for your next holiday for those that want to relax or explore North Cornwall and the gorgeous beaches of Polzeath & Rock.

Park your car in the designated space right in front of the lodge and it’s a quick 10 second flat walk to the property entrance.

Entering into the modern open plan kitchen/living area there’s hardwood flooring complete as well as 2 comfy leather sofas and a flatscreen TV. For the winter evenings there’s handy electric fire. A table for 4 ensures everyone can sit together for meal times.
The kitchen is modern and has an under counter fridge/freezer, great storage as well as a microwave and electric oven. Off this room is the family bathroom complete with electric shower and heated towel rail.
The Master bedroom to the front has a double bed as well as ample storage and Bedroom 2 which is located at the rear of the property has 2 singles and a chest of drawers.

To the front of the property is a patio with outdoor furniture facing the manor house itself and lake.

A couple or small family wanting a great value base in North Cornwall. There are also on site fishing lakes so it’s perfect for the anglers amongst us!
