"Rooms were clean but didn’t have coffee machine, the staff told us we have to upgrade the room to get coffee machine!! The parking was a very narrow , uphill with a seriously unmanageable curve. Our car got scraped! I will never go back with a car at this hotel ! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it. The bad smell was ultimately a minor inconvenience. We recommend this hotel. "

Corina our server for breakfast and lunch is worth the visit. She made our experience at the property memorable. The food was amazing. The cochinillo, the croquetas and the cheese boards just to mention a few are all worth tasting. The property chef does a fantastic food offering a variety and delightfully tasty options. The rooms are spacious with great views of the vineyards."
