"Our stay at the Westin Grand Cayman was outstanding! The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially a wonderful staff member named Arun. He went out of his way for me every single time I saw him. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. He deserves to be recognized for his superior service. The amenities are wonderful as well. WE WILL BE BACK."

"The staff was amazing ! The food some days was great others days ok … the pillows sucked . Beds weren’t comfy . I recommend getting a bottom floor room. Bar staff was amazing especially Tony ! If you plan on seeing all of the island rent a car ."

"This hotel had clean rooms, nice pool right on the ocean. Several restaurants with good food. Our favorite was the Beachfront Restaurant. Wait staff comes around and serves drinks at the pool or on the beach. Nice sandy beach. They have inflatable rafts to sit on out in the water. They also have bikes you can use for free. You can walk for miles down the beach. The location is great. It's located close to the airport. There are several restaurants right across the street that you can walk to. Pepper's was our favorite. They have free Wi-Fi that worked very well in the room. It was a bit slow for Zoom calls in the lobby. But just fine for emails and surfing the web. Overall, we had a great experience, and we definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. "

"Very nice facility with lots of amenities. The on-site restaurant was amazing with fantastic and reasonably priced food with a staff beyond compare. There is also an on-site water tour company and equipment rental place that run tours to Starfish Point and Stingray City from the dock on property. Super convenient!!"
