"We didn't want to stay in the crowded 7-mile beach area, so we chose Bodden Town instead. The property was perfect for the 3 of us -- close enough to walk to a few places and not too far to drive to others. There were only 10 units so the pool and beach were never crowded. The people (locals & visitors) were all very friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman!"

"It is a spacious, well appointed, welcoming family property with a large outdoor space that our grandson enjoyed playing in. The house is well placed for visiting Spotts Beach and has a small shopping mall a short drive away, for groceries, pharmacy and liquor. Ray, the owner, is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the property. "
