  • Newly renovated luxurious private house . This family and pet friendly villa is walking distance to the beautiful sandy beaches of Boca. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, Villa Serenity has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, high speed WI-FI, washer & dryer, and TV's in each room. Beautifully decorated, the villa also has a stunning private heated pool, grill and outdoor eating area surrounded by a manicured garden.

    Villa Serenity is one of three fully private houses located next to each other. We can accommodate large groups or families traveling together.

    Additional amenities: Pack n play
    Pets are $250 PER pet
    Mandatory insurance $19 per night
    No Parties
    Guests checking out after 10 am will be charged an hourly rate of $50

Brand new vacation stay home. Good amount of space if you have a lot of people to accommodate. Areas of concern: no smoke detectors in the home (big safety concern, don’t know how this would pass an inspection), no toilet paper holder in spare bath (just a loose already used roll on the counter. I don’t know whose fingers have been since the paper roll before me). Spare bath tub stopper didn’t work. Pool table in the garage was cool but it was missing a ball. Bandaids left in the pool filter. Battery dead on the grill igniter (had to figure out how to fix it myself) no pool skimmer. Plus: stayed during mango season and there was some fresh fallen mangos in the yard during our stay. But upon arrival there was a hunch of rotting ones. Decent amount of cookware/dishware. Neutral: for the amount I paid I shouldn’t have to round up all the towels and trash for the cleaning crew and def shouldn’t have to take the trash cans to the curb before leaving Overall: it was a fine place to stay while our apartment was drying out for a flood.
