Centrally located, less than 15 minutes from the beach. Right near The Town Center Mall, close to many really good restaurants, FAU/Lynn University, The Addison of Boca Raton, Boca Grove Plantation Golf Course, Patch Reef Park, Sugar Sand Park, Spanish River Park and library.

Please enjoy our spacious and beautiful pool, and utilize the gas grill for your outdoor cooking needs. All you need for a tropical paradise!



Security Deposit: Your card will be pre-authorized for $500 1 day prior to your stay and released 3 days after departure, assuming no damages.

Respectful Stay: Please respect our neighbors' tranquility. We maintain quiet rules for everyone's enjoyment and value community relations. Our commitment to "Rent Responsibly" ensures a safe, comfortable stay. We use NoiseAware for privacy-compliant noise monitoring.

Camera Usage: No cameras are inside or around the pool area. Ring cameras at the front door and driveway ensure security for deliveries and maintenance.

Pet Guidelines: 

We have a fully fenced in yard and we do allow up to 2 well behaved dogs or cats (over the age of 1 & fully trained) for an additional $100 pet fee each. If you do not feel your dog can be well behaved, we ask you leave them with a sitter.

We hope to stay pet friendly for years to come, but in order to do so the following rules must be followed by our guests and pet owners:

• Your pets must be on the reservation and the pet fee(s) paid prior to arrival

• Dogs are NOT allowed on the beds or sofa (be sure to bring their favorite cozy bed with)

• Owners are required to pick up after their dog and properly dispose of the waste in the garbage bin

• Dogs must never be left alone in the home unless secured in a crate

• Please bring a dog towel to wipe dirty feet before entering the home

• Dogs must be on a leash when walking through the neighborhood

• Please use the provided couch covers if your dog tends to jump on furniture

If your pet is prone to barking or may chew/scratch anything in the home, we kindly ask that you leave them at home so we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodations.

Please note: If you attempt to bring your pet and they are NOT on the reservation you will be subject to a $200 fee.
