"Everything was fast and easy. Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Pool was very dirty and full of leaves. The elevator did not work for the 3rd floor. But the overall experience was very good and that’s why I keep staying there when I am in town."

"I mean the beds were comfortable and the overnight staff evening rather was very nice the lady in the morning acted like I was bothering her because she was on the phone when I asked her about coffee. The safe in the room was broken and up in the top of the closet the hair dryer looks like it had melted but it did work. The beds were made in a way that they looked horrible but at least it was clean but it was very sloppily done. I'm not really sure I would stay there again. Also it does say don't park in front of the doors but I had to let my handicapped mother walk because everybody was parked in front of the doors and I couldn't get close enough to let her out. That was the little frustrating but that really wasn't on the hotel that was on people and Humanity"

"We had a great stay in the cabin. It was perfect for our family and we all really enjoyed it! We were in town visiting friends in Crystal Springs. The amenities were great and it had everything we needed! It was very clean, easy to access, comfortable accommodations and plenty of room. The back porch is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or good conversations. We will definitely be back and we are so glad that we found this hidden gem. The location is close enough to town, very private, not any traffic, which makes for such a peaceful weekend! Thank you again for sharing your cabin with our family!"
