"I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. "

"We stayed for a few nights so that we could attend Halloween Horror nights at Universal Studios Orlando. The home is a one story home with no steps to enter, so although we did not need those features, it would be a great advantage to those with mobility problems. Having 2 bathrooms was advantageous to us so that we could all get ready at the same time. The neighborhood is quite and has convenient access to stores and restaurants which is nice when you are not familiar and the area. What I liked about the property is that they was stuff there that we didn't bring or that we didn't know that we needed like a snack baggie, sunblock and things like a blender cup and having the washer and dryer was such a bonus so that we could go home with clean clothes if we wanted to."

"This is a great, as advertised, property. Just be aware there are additional fees for the pool to be heated (which is needed in October) and for propane use (which is pricey). Other than that - it was perfect!"
