War nicht im geringsten gerechtfertigt,heiß nur mit ventilator der die hitze rum gewirbel hat.Personal besonders der Managar der alles entschieden hat war nie vor ort und und und. Wir haben das hotel gewechselt!!!!!

15 giorni in appartamento. All'arrivo la prima impressione non è buonissima. mancano diverse cose in cucina, l'aspetto generale è di un posto in declino, poi chiedendo quello che manca viene recuperato e emergono aspetti miglior: la pulizia, l'affidabilità e la cortesia del personale. Wladimiro, il direttore generale del residence, sembra prendere tutto con calma ma alla fine risolve sempre a anche velocemente.

Je suis mécontent de la fin de mon séjour dans votre hôtel !!! Je ne reçois pas la confirmation de réservation de hotels.com a mon arrivée à l'hôtel et donc le paiement de 113 € pour 3 nuits !!! Vladimir m'a dit que s'il l'avait reçu, il m'a laissé parce que je n'avais pas internet pendant mon séjour !!! Au check oui Vladimir a dit qu'il n'a pas payé ainsi j'ai dit que je paierai directement !!! Il me dit 24,090 escudos pendant 3 jours et puis enfin lui dire qu'il avait tort ce déclin de la facture de 14 000 escudos 15min !!! Ou quand mon arrivée à Praia avec internet je réalise que mon compte a été débité 142 € le 28/10 !!!! Je demande donc le remboursement de 142 € sur mon compte avant publication sur Facebook et contactez hotels.com et expedia!

Great hotel close to the beach

This hotel was well located, close to the beach but also a short walk from the town. The room was cleaned to a good standard every other day. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Rene, store og luftige rom. Vasken på badet var tett og jeg hadde ikke varmtvann i dusjen første kvelden, men begge deler ble ordnet dagen etter at jeg sa i fra. Rommene vaskes annenhver dag. Frokosten er lite å skryte av, består stort sett av rundstykker, ost og kaker. Men svært hyggelig uteområde til å innta frokosten. Stor og luftig balkong med stort utvalg av bøker der man kan sitte og slappe av kveldstid. Hotellet selger wifi til 6 euro/ døgn, evt 25 for en uke (som jeg tok): Dette kan kun brukes på ett spesifikt område på hotellet, og du logges stadig av. Kjøp heller et 3G kort hos et lokalt teleselskap. Hotellets manager Michaela er svært hjelpsom og sympatisk- jeg følte meg godt ivaretatt.
