"nous avons passé une semaine en famille pour le réveillon de st Sylvestre, hôtel super, belles piscines eau froide par contre dommage ... chambre vue sur mer spacieuse , confortable, personnel à tous les niveaux très accueillants, souriants , d'une grande gentillesse... le restaurant très bien plats bons et variés , un thème chaque jour, desserts extras, petit déjeuner trèsbien... je recommande également l'autre restaurant de l'hôtel la Tortuga au top . "Il nous est impossible de parler de cet hotel car nous l'avons réservé mais n'avons pas pu y aller. L'avis porte sur l'opérateur Expédia qui nous a vendu un package vol+ hotel, en nous expédiant sur l'ile de Sal à 100 km au nord, et non pas sur l'ile de Boa Vista ou se trouve l'hotel, et ou nous n'avons pas pu séjourner faute de liaison entre les 2 iles, zéro pointé pour expédia qui ne nous a pas dépanné!"

"Hello, I recently stayed at Hotel Tourreg and overall I truly enjoyed my time there. However, I do need to share a concern regarding the dining room. During my meals, I noticed a large number of flies on the tables and even on the food itself. I personally had to remove many flies from my meals, which was very unpleasant. I also spoke with a few employees about this issue, but the response I received was that it is “normal” to have flies around the food. I understand that insects can sometimes be difficult to control, but I believe more effort could be made to maintain hygiene in the dining area. This would greatly improve the guest experience and ensure a higher standard of cleanliness. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
