"I loved this hotel - it’s well laid out, beautifully kept and our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant and snack bars was all fantastic and the staff were amazing. Really friendly, polite and helpful. The entertainment team were great fun and worked hard every day and the team on the beach and by the pool in the bar and on reception were also wonderful. Pool and beach amazing. This is a fabulous hotel"

"Lots of areas for management to improve. We have been sick for almost 2 weeks! Noticed birds eating out of the bread baskets yet staff turn away. Also, smoking is out of hand at this property. People do not follow rules, smoking everywhere including in their rooms and staff do not enforce following designated smoking spaces. It was our first and last time at Riu. "
