"Check-in was good. Check-out was not so much. No one was at the desk at 5:00 AM and I needed to be at the hospital at 5:30 AM for surgery. I did not like the shower, because there was no lip to hold in the water, we had to wipe up our floor with our towels to keep from flooding out the door."

"I have no complaints about the Pinemark - its very nice and worth the price however being told at the desk checking in that somehow I have to give a security deposit BECAUSE I'm addressed "locally" (OTR trucker... a semi, a storage locker and hotels are "home") was insulting and because of that I have no plans to stay there again."
