The hotels.com policy requires they disclose construction but there were no indications on the website that the hotel was being renovated. The are violating their own policy. I notified hotels.com customer service and was told its not their problem. Very bad,"

"The room was not very clean. Stains everywhere. The sofa bed was not a real sofa bed. It should not pass as a bed. The sheet they provided for it was full of stains. The larger bedroom was next to a utility room and it sounded like heavy machinery was running all night. My friend stepped on a mousetrap (there were 5 or 6 of them in the smaller bedroom). Thankfully she was wearing shoes! "
