Staff are incredible, beds and pillows are comfy, rooms are clean, great breakfast, great location. There is shopping and restaurants close by. And it's close to the highway making it easy to get to our family's home in KC. Room rates a more than reasonable."

"Everything about the stay was great. Best hotel experience we’ve had. First time in Kansas City and we picked a good place to stay. Valet, gym, pool and concierge all top notch. Gym has the biggest variety of equipment I’ve ever seen. Room was CLEAN. Literally our only issue was with our neighbors on the last night that brought a loud stereo. "

"I was greeted by Jordan, who was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is due for a renovation, however, I find old hotels have a unique charm and beauty all their own. I did have to ask for soap for the bathroom, other than that my needs were met. The foyer is beautiful and comfortable, great to relax and just spend time in. 24 hour coffee, wonderful."

"Staff person at check-in was nice and efficient. Common areas, room and bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was a step above the normal hotel breakfast. Lots of variety. This as a no frills property that is a very good value. I would recommend this property and stay here again. "
