The property was amazing. Carpet was all new. The room was clean to my pickiness. The breakfast was good. Nice options. The pool was closed, but they made arrangements for myself and 4 granddaughters to swim at their sister hotel next door. We had a WONDERFUL New Years Eve stay!! Thank you!

Great budget hotel

This is a safe and convenient option when visiting Kansas City. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It includes a small gym and pool, and lots of options for the breakfast that's included with your stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of the suite itself...lots of debris all over the floor in both the room and bathroom.
