We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hygge! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and more, and so very comfortable. Mia and Ryan decorated for the holidays which made our stay that much more special for our two young children. And what a view! Easy drive up to the cabin and very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. We’ll definitely be back!
This property has a spectacular view first & foremost! Not many better! The master bed is extremely comfortable & the 2 different decks off the back are wonderful places to play or eat. While it was too hot to use the fireplace or firepits it would be really nice in the cooler months. Ryan & Mia were very responsive any time we had a question or concern. They were very pleasant to deal with. Don't hesitate to spend some time at this wonderful property!
We really enjoyed our time at this little gem of a cabin. It was very nicely decorated, cozy and clean but what really made this cabin stand out were extra touches we kept discovering throughout our short 3 night stay. From welcome snack basket to soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, comfy mattress toppers and bedding, blankets and books on local hikes, complimentary K cups and creamer, toys and games for kids, down to individually wrapped pot scrubber (!) and so much more - Mia and Ryan really thought of everything. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and watching fireflies from the back porch and the hot tub seemed to be brand new. The cabin is 5 min or so from downtown Blue Ridge and the drive up here is not bad at all - partially paved and partially gravel. We even spotted couple of deer and a turkey with 2 babies while driving up. Cabin is very private yet not completely secluded (there are 3-4 cabins nearby). This was a very lovely stay and we will definitely be back!
