Right in the heart of outdoor adventure on the Aska mountains you'll be enchanted with Tocca River flowing at the bottom of your feet and the constant sound of the water from every room in the house.
Tubbing, river rafting, fishing, and hiking, are a must do at the "Happy Place".
Only minutes from downtown Blue Ridge & restaurants but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains.

This is a place to create new memories with family and friends. It gives a new meaning to I just want to do absolutely nothing else but feel the breeze on my face and listen to the sound of the river knowing it's 5 o'clock somewhere. Heheheeeee
