Arrive with ease thanks to parking for multiple cars and step onto the inviting front porch, the perfect start to your mountain getaway. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, this spacious cabin offers spectacular long-range views, cozy living spaces, and family-friendly amenities. With room to sleep up to 13 guests, it is ideal for families & friends. Dogs are also welcome with pre-approval and a fee per pet. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown BR & 7 minutes to Lake BR. Toccoa River, Hiking & Mountain Biking are also a short drive away in the Aska Adventure area!

Checkout Checklist * Place used towels in laundry room basket. * Leave linens on beds. * Load & Start dishwasher. All dishes should be cleaned/put away or in dishwasher before departure.
* Bag trash in proper kitchen size bags & place in outdoor bin.25$ fee for can clean out.Pickup day is TUESDAY. Extra trash must be taken to: * GOCO: 457 Aska Rd (24/7, cash/Venmo, $2 per bag)
*Clean out refrigerator, freezer and pantry items. * Turn off lights, lock doors, windows, and cover hot tub. * Set thermostat to 63 in winter & 73°F summer

This house is amazing and perfect for a family! We loved playing pool, going in the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit together.The house is beautifully appointed (kitchen was the best I’ve ever experienced with all the bells and whistles you needed). The house was tastefully decorated for Christmas with a cozy fireplace. We will definitely come back! Thank you to the very attentive hostess; it was a great family vacation!
