  • How about 50 feet on the beautiful Toccoa River, so close you can hear the sound of the rapids. New luxury 1,900 square foot cabin, spacious open floor plan for family gatherings, large family room with vaulted ceiling, beautiful fireplace with gas logs, and built in giant 65 inch flat screen TV.

    Two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs loft/game room with two twin beds , eat-in kitchen with bar stools for casual eating or the dining room table your choice. 1,020 square feet of outside covered living space with a large picnic table, hot tub and gas bar-b-q are on the open deck all facing the beautiful Toccoa river.

    A fire pit offers great atmosphere for outside evening gatherings. The cabin is also wheel chair accessible. The property is on a gravel road leading to this pristine riverfront location. If you enjoy trout fishing, Fannin County is the Trout Capital of GA. If you enjoy kayaking or tubing it's all located just out your back door.
